About me

I am a seasoned professional with many experienced years in management including 5 years of middle-level management, nearly 8 years of high-level management in outsource software development, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive software development and television media fields.
Besides, I am be able to build and develop a software engineer center from the beginning to 120++ engineers by planning development strategies, recruiting, building working processes, working environment, C&B policies, training systems associated with development roadmaps for both technical and management lines.
With more than 3.5 years operating SME generally, added general management skill to my capability including administrative management, HR system management, financial/P&L optimization management.
I am also a person who is eager to learn, continuously updating the new trends and especially not afraid of any difficulties. Based on what I have, I'm willing to commit to drive the organizational success through finding the employees' strong points, opening opportunities for them to develop their full potential to get achievement, listening and understanding company's culture as well as expectation to align with, towards efficiency.

  4. Develop and expand copyright network: directly participate in international copyright fairs in Singapore, France..., connect directly with more than 250 international copyright purchasing/research/consulting enterprises.

Achievements:

  • Built KPI system for creative and editorial teams, the first time applied for the television media industry.
  • Developed new concept about personal P&L not only for staff earning revenue directly but also for back-office ones, based on that to evaluate the financial investment efficiency.
  • First time, Vietnam's TV Show format (Whose Chance? - No. 1 reality show about jobs in Vietnam) has been successfully approved and signed o agreement by an international agency to sell to the world.
  • Successfully purchased the entertainment program format (Amazing Saturday - CJ ENM), produced season 1 on VTV3 prime time every Sunday evening in 2023.
